clown9 roster rebuild

If clown9 were actually to compete next year, these roster changes need to happen
Duelist: oxy (untouchable)
Initiator: penny (teamates with oxy before and could kayo/breach, can also learn fade/sova)
Flex: victor (would add more firepower to c9)
Sentinel: stellar (played sentinel on 100t and igl)
Controller: v1c (been frying with moist in tier 2)

C9 Victor sounds nice

Penny ain't good anymore

I highly doubt oxy would want to play with penny again, he was easily the worst player on that G2 team in Split 2, BRAWK would be better
Stellar is probably winning ascencion
Corey would be a better flex
Controller - If they need a IGL Zander or Keep Vanity
Sentinel - Thief or neT, or you could put victor here, he was actually really good split 1 on sentinel

ID only say they would keep vanity due to inconsitency at the role IGL in tier 2, I feel like theres decent IGLs down there but teams are less likely to take a risk on a Tier 2 IGL then a Tier 2 Normal player
