How common is it for orgs to play with their subs during in premier?

Is it common to use premier as tryouts?

probably not since most orgs would rather scrim there players in against t2-t3 teams or a regular scrim team to see how well the subs do if we are talking tier 1 orgs they do it via mid level tourney's or same scrim process as stated before cause premier is basically pub stomping

What if the orgs rotated 2 specific players each premier match ?

Legit I'm asking this bcs the org I'm looking at rotated 1 specific player with the another one every match.

that would just be a scrim with in game map picks which don't matter since most teams either scrim a single map a day but i think if we are doing tryout we are playing the entire map pool maybe outside it too
