It's just insanely strong. You don't even have to scope with it. Just an budget Auto-Sniper for TenZ.

stinger and frenzy were broken for a long time before it became meta, just because everyone isn't abusing it doesn't make it not broken.

Dude this weapon requires somewhat good aim to be actually good. Of course in the hands of someone like TenZ it's actually broken but it is because it's TenZ. It's different from, for example, the old stinger where you could just run and shoot and kill 2-3 people in close range. Or the old bucky with that nasty right click from across the map.
