NA has so much tier 2 talent and most would be super eager to break into tier 1. My picks r just suggestions but realistically the most important thing is being able to find players from tier2, look at Governor, at N4RRATE etc.

mada and sym have a goated raze, but idk if sym can play flash initiator at a decent level. mada played flash initiator last year on sr but it was pretty mid. the best bet in na tier 2 currently for a good raze player and flash initiator is probably nismo or corey.

Ballsamolee [#23]mada and sym have a goated raze, but idk if sym can play flash initiator at a decent level. mada played flash initiator last year on sr but it was pretty mid. the best bet in na tier 2 currently for a good raze player and flash initiator is probably nismo or corey.
