How does champ points H2H work?

Lets say sen lose to g2 tonight

then lose to 100t on the 17th

then 100t doesnt get top 3

both sen and 100t have 12 points in this scenario but sen beat them twice and 100t only beat them once (in this scenario), does the H2H go off of recent wins or in total

100T would prolly get it because of H2H in the most recent match, plus I don’t think kickoff would be considered at all for the tiebreaker

It is possible that LEV lose out too though, in that case LEV beat SEN in the regular season but SEN beat LEV in kickoff

LEV is 3-2 in maps though so they’d win if that’s how they would be doing the tiebreaker
