it was on him, everything is on him from the players he didnt call up to the line ups he chose its all his fault

you have an insane player pool and you decide to play park the bus static play banking on saka to be the only active player in the lineup?
actually pathetic showing from him. and france isnt any better, but at least i can understand it more from their perspective. southgate has consistently played this style, where he beats weaker teams because player talent shows in the crucial moment but never can actually deliver.
