So I am convinced that "Primmie is an AI-Gaming program secretly planned by Riot".
I would like to offer a few guesses.

boy who calls himself "primmie" who is participating in TLN is a fake. He was only sent to TLN for project.

comparing primmie's viewpoint camera to actual play, it doesn't look like he's obviously running that insane play.

he beat TS by earning lot of kills alone, but then he did not successfully join circle of TLN members and stayed alone.
This must be becauseother members know he is not an actual "primmie".
The more I think about it, deeper truth of this hypothesis seems to deepen. I look forward to your comments.
