every region get 4 teams to qualify
however there is an international LCQ which lasts over a month
every team that didn't qualify is flown out to some place and they do a live draw for the bracket
they fight for a remanding 8 champ slots
the top 2 teams from each region qualifys to playoffs and the rest fight in the group stage

all money made from the champions bundle is used for the champs prize pool meaning higher stakes
