Is playing on 75hz bad

I’ve just realised that my monitors only 75hz and I’ve been using that for the last couple of years. If I am diamond now do you think buying a new monitor will give a better chance to get asc

get some cheap, chinese monitors like Koorui or Titan army, of course the ones with reviews available.

I got to Plat 3 with a 60Hz monitor, then got hardstuck.
When I got a 144Hz monitor i got to ascendant after like 50 hours then immo 1 a bit later.
