which region makes most changes?

i wish there was a way to keep track of this, but i think americas makes the most roster changes so far in franchising. (2022, 2023 offseasons)
this offseason which region would you imagine changes up the most players?

a lot of emea teams have strong players but are being held back by some middling individuals. americas is somewhat similar but i think emea has more of that. each region has a lot of strong tier 2 candidates, some young (kaajak, verno) while others experienced (zeek, poised)

i cant say much about apac, but i do know 4 of the teams have rosters that will have close to 0 chance of even making an international next year

id probably say apac make the most changes this offseason
