Can someone explain champs points

Can someone pls explain champs points to me.

It says that EDG, FPX and PRX have already qualified to champs bc of their points. But Fnatic and Sen have the most points in EU and NA, but havent qualified. Why is that? In what scenerio do they not go to champs based off points, since playoffs doesnt award points other than +3 for the team that wins it?

Playoffs award points for each game won, and top 2 teams from the regular season get an extra point as well.

also prx has 16 points, so for geng to match it, they have to win against rrq. if this happens, one of them is guaranteed to qualify normally, so if geng wins, prx qualify through points, and if prx wins, geng qualify through points. the only reason geng isnt confirmed is because they can lose out if they lose against rrq and prx also loses 2x. in that scenario, prx goes from points
