Neon Without Breach

is kinda ass no ? i swear every team i seen to try and use neon without a breach loses, has any team successfully pulled this off more then 1 map?

Neon is a bad agent for pro play. Jett and raze way better utility wise. RIot should buff her and give her double stuns and increase ult damage(ult is basically useless in pro play). Same with chamber. Most teams that chooses chamber on lotus, sunset, split seems to lose.
