Every player is ambitious. After FURIA's Split 1 results it isn't suprising that Pancada saw more in LOUD. He wanted to win.

true, I'm saying he could've been doing that on FURIA while being on the winning team and getting paid more, but if he values playing with people he played with in the past more than everything I just mentioned then that's his choice :p
