Posting here because its pretty much anonymous
Anyone know of ways to clear your head when you have a lot going on? The whole go for a walk thing doesn't really do it for me
I think today I had my hardest day yet and I don't really have anyone to talk to

not trying to bait or attention seek or anything, I just really feel lost rn
Any and all advice appreciated

try to start a hobby so even when you feel like everything is crumbling down at least you are distracted and progressing something in life :)

Legit, go on a run, doesn’t have to be long doesn’t have to be fast, but you’re either gonna want to kill yourself because you’re so unathletic, or you’re going to just black out focusing solely on the run.

I’m a running nerd so this works for me when I just want to think of nothing and get lost in running. When I was struggling in university this past quarter if the weather was nice I would go on a run. Helped me clear my mind and forget the stress for a little bit.

music, hitting the gym is pretty good. if you have hobbies you can do those, I like to read manga so just spend my time doing that

find something punchable and just keep punching
could be a punching bag, could be a pillow, could be a person
punch until you're exhausted and then just fall asleep
gg go next tomorrow will be better, you will wake up with a clearer head and a better idea of what to do

you need to talk with someone, it's very effective
just watch some youtube, make a meal and think about positive things, it's essential to not overthink about the issue or make it something more serious that what it actually is
get something going on, gym or sum like that it'd help too

find a hobby to do. you can also listen to music or watch something that makes u happy.

You should also take ur time when doing something.
