Champions Qualifications

So if I understand correctly, the team with the most points from each region gets qualified, regardless of ranking in play-off as the 4th team.
And the top 3 in play-offs get qualified.
Am I wrong or missing something?

Youre right. The top 3 in split 2, and the team with the most champions points regardless of position makes it.
