Brazil help(pancada fans)

i recently came accross to pancada and his tattoos and i really like this one

unfortunetly i didnt find any meaning yet or any more info about this tattoo and what it means. The closest thing ive came across was that this is some sort of musical note which i loved the idea.
id be grateful for any information

i wanna get it but tbh im scared of some bad things like gang signs or something lol
