I cant get consistent frags in Valorant

Hi everyone, I'm just a college student from Indonesia so sorry for the bad english, so I've been playing Valorant for two years now. I'm currently Plat 3 with Diamond 1 as my peak Rank, its been fun improving and its fun to play Valorant with friends,

But the past few weeks I feel like my gameplay is just very bad and very inconsistent right now, idk I just feel like I cant aim all of a sudden, I tried aimlabs and shooting range for my warm ups for 20-30 minutes but when I queue it just ends up with me getting 5-9 frags, I'm stuck in this condition for a while now and its affecting how I view the game its making me frustrated and not fun to play when in an In-Game condition.

Has anyone been in a similar circumstance? and any advice and input is very helpful. Thanks for reading.

Quit the game. Also most of VLR are gold or lower

i'm immo3 200rr peak and i still face inconsistentcy and times where i'm in a slum, i have found most of the time these peroids dont last time but it can stall for a while and it's mostly a mixutre of bad habits with weak mental and very shaky aim where i panic or don't practise/warm up enough for ranked.

take a break from valo 1-3 days

comeback and play aimlab avova playlist it takes 30 min into 2 deathmatchs with guardian and focus on movement and tap strafing while taking your time

and then start your ranked session, most of the time i would sugget to never play less then 3 hours and never above 5 hours, that if you want to acutally trying to improve.

again aim isnt all of it, mostly it's mental and bad habits, but once you take a break and then suddenly LOCK IN and try you would drop the bad habits and have fun again while it.
