what do the stars next to the names mean

I looked up SuperMassive Blaze and pAura had a star next to his name, and so does ShaZham, what does this mean? Half the teams don't even have a player with star, so idk what it could mean

Means that they are an IGL
Not sure why most are missing the star, maybe vlr just hasn't gotten around to it or they aren't sure who the IGL is (steel and nitr0 both call shots for example, although steel is the team's 'IGL')

If u want to know who the IGL of a team is, just go to Liquipedia. The names with crowns next to them are the IGLs there
