i mean its fine but i remember, i was betting on the cs major in copenhagen this year, i had 5$ on a site and i thought ok fuck it ima throw it on a random bet, went gamerlegion 2-1 eternal fire
when eternal fire won last map 13-11 because 2 gl players choked i was so fucking mad at said players (for about 20 minutes) and i consider myself a calm tempered person, and keep in mind it was only 5 euros. I cant imagine the pain the ppl betting 100+ on this shit, they probably wanna unalive themselves after their bet loses
after that game, i told myself im never betting again lmao

diff people get/handle that "passion" differently. in fact some ppl enjoy getting heated like that. also some ppl are rich asl and spending money is fun without the care of losing it.
