What's going on with flor being on t1 or t2 teams

I have no idea whats going on with flor wanting to be on t1 or t2 teams so can someone just summarize whats happening.

Flor probably doesn't want game changers to be her ceiling? I doubt any GC player wants that to be their entire career when there's so much money to be made from moving on but its also hard for them to compare to players who have been playing against top talent from the beginning.

Probably not just about money too (although a good part of it), I'd want to prove myself if I was in that situation.
