GE imports

I'm just now realizing where the Global players are from:
India, Singapore, Indonesia, UK, Finland
They have 2 imports from Europe. Isn't the rule for tier 1 teams 1 import per team?

Russ has his home back in goa, india. Although his passport is British and India doesn't allow dual citizenship. He is considered to be not an import.
