Hello, swvyboi1 here. I've recently lost all my 4 stars but I can understand because of all the controversial stuff I have been saying. Anyways, today is a new wholesome me. But back to the main topic,

Why do I feel like GEN G do not deserve the shanghai win? It is one of the easiest tournaments in history (tldr: mickey mouse). It feels underwhelming, and as the first trophy for Pacific, It's disappointing. Are the Pacific people really proud of this tournament?

I do believe that 2024 is such a weak year for VCT.
It started with Madrid having such extremely inconsistent performances. Imo the biggest Mickey mouse tourney in VCT yet.
But it's been a steady climb up heading into Shanghai and hoping for more consistent and clean gameplay in Champions.
Apart from GenG starting to show some crazy strong gameplay, this year's teams would struggle hard in 2023

ngl both madrid and shanghai were somewhat mickey, for me shanghai even more cause it was also just boring to watch, mid casters, mid crowd, no real rivalries and interesting personalities except boostio. Madrid was fun and entertaining at least.

bro idk why ur so worked up but the matches were just better, idk what to tell u , even in hype moments in shanghai, the crowd didnt really make it that special, idk what more u wanna hear from me, its just my opinion.

the casters werent the same, the teams werent that hype, no big dogs such as loud and fnatic didnt make it far, 2 interesting storylines in th and g2, also prx didnt show up as well as they couldve

Sentinels have one of the freest trophies ever . Oops I meant two of the freest trophies . One when no one was good at valorant , one while they get lucky in beginning of year when most teams were changing their roaster left and right . Honestly riot should take away both the trophies. If sentinels have a little bit of dignity left , they would announce themselves as frauds and return their trophies . Such a bad org . I feel like vomiting whenever someone mentions them .
