New patch 8.11

When will they use the new patch 8.11 in regional vct(EMEA AMERICAS PACIFIC)?

afaik for pacific its the 3rd week onwards

pacific will have abyss in playoffs
and haven at the start of week 3

correct me if i am wrong but i think the wait time for a patch is 2 weeks and for a new map its 4 weeks(1 month)

That's is so weird, for EMEA and AMERICAS they will start with 8.11 normally?
