First of all, stax is shit, should’ve gotten dropped along with zest and rb. Second, you watch stax constantly put up dogshit performances and genuinely lie to urself by thinking he’s good enough. T1 is worse than DRX by far. DRX lost 3 times all year to PRX and. Gen G. 2 of the best teams in the world, lost the 2nd and 3rd match in map 3 despite having a last minute sub. Stax sold DRX against gen g by not being able to close out. Flashback has better aim, and DRX have 3 flex players that can play duelist sentinel
omen and initiator. Last year what did DRX ever do. got an easy group at masters and bombed out of playoffs. got a easy group at champs, beat a shit NAVI team and fluked a win against LOUD, only to get lucky and play blg and end up bombing out 5th-6th due to pure luck. Guess what, who was their worst player at champs, stax, 2nd worst?, zest, 3rd worst, rb. Only Mako and BuZz played decent and i bet they are tired of carrying dead weight for years, cause if they really wanted the others to stay they would have done something about it.

stax had a good year in 2022 just for him to have to igl again towards the middle of the year again. He said he was not comfortable and when beyn relieved him to some extent from igling he put up a good performance. you simply have not answered my question. why drop stax and cause role issues if you know he is gonna be the best initiator player on the team while not igling. Also stax sold? did you see mako's stats on that map?he sold the game. The players on drx vs are quality players and you shitting on them because they were dropped is fucking laughable. i bet buzz is so tired of choking every fucking game in playoffs. It is kinda crazy that drx have not been innovating much either which is what lead to their success. For all i care this team can go fuck themselves

FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME, the roles aren’t complicated.

BuZz can play duelist initiator sentinel and omen

BeYn can play initiator smokes and duelist

Flashback Can play sentinels and viper

Foxy9 can literally play any role, don’t contribute hit improvement to only being a role change.

Flashback is simply better at aiming than stax, it’s that simple.

There is no point in making Beyn and igl if stax is still there. that would be hurting urself for no reason since BeYn also has better aim and mechanics than stax. Stax’s prime was in 2021/2022. Let it go bro, he’s still a t1 player but was the worst on the team, he plays good and it’s fine, but when he plays bad it’s literally a hindrance

There is no point in making Beyn and igl if stax is still there. that would be hurting urself for no reason since BeYn also has better aim and mechanics than stax.
you have beyn as the igl now flashback is not a one-one replacement to stax in the slightest and instead has role clashes with two players(buzz and foxy).
buzz stopped playing omen before joining vs while he was on c9 kr and he put up good stats on jett as opposed to him omen.
beyn is a flex god i wont argue but double smokes with mako viper was good if flashback is put in viper jail mako wont play what was arguably his best agent in the split.

i am still biased but this was not a good move from the side of drx.

additionally, don’t let platchat blind you, literally none of them watch pacific, they ask for the opinion of 1 pacific analyst and they take it as fact instead of what it is(an opinion). Foxy9 played better, but he really wasn’t anything groundbreaking in stage 1.

a 1.06 rating is literally the same as he had last year.

he looked much better than last year tho. his peaks this year on cypher were good and i am gonna attribute it to the sentinel playstyle suting him even if flashback is better foxy looked good on senti as opposed to flexing.

His peaks last year were still way higher, it’s just that his bad games this year aren’t as detrimental to the team.

IYou don’t even have to watch the game to know this, just look at the stats. You’ll see, one game top of the leaderboard with high acs fk and rating, and the other he’s at the bottom. This kept happening until he got completely fucked over and benched
