master berlin PC is bad?

I saw on twitter, players from north american teams, like Sentinels and 100T (I haven't seen Envy team players), said that the computer for training provided by Riot was bad. and, other bad things, like a bad computer desk. however, I don't see players from other teams such as Asia, or EMEA having an issue with this or commenting on these matters.
for example, teams like F4Q have been training with the computer provided by Riot.
just like master 2, players from north american teams complained about bad computer provided.

the desk space is also really small, they have 1 small moniter and the table is made out of a bad material for playing and riot is a multi billion dollar compony
