this is actually a cypher buff
neon can't dodge cypher trips like raze/jett/yoru
and we know noone in ranked knows that you can use util to break trips, so those neons entrying is just gonna get lit up by a trip and killed

i remember this one game where they had sage in ranked instead of a kj, got so many kills in attack from just lurking and getting 2 every time.

they just never learn, even if they have a kj
