I would say this is the most fair idea because then it evens out the playing field like for example Americas 5th best team is as good as pacifics 3rd and emeas 2nd

This way we won’t have to watch teams like fut play against teams like 100t

That's a common misconception. Central America is part of North America. People think North America is just three countries when it's actually made up of Canada, the United States of America, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
