Easy Harbor buff

Everybody now knows that harbor sucks and is easily the worst controller rn because viper is just him but better so what if one of harbor's util can completely remove molly, like he throw water into the molly and it becomes smoke and clears

i think harbor's cove should be able to block EVERYTHING just like a sage wall but as a cove instead
imagine trapping players in there, best util in the world

just make the slow effect longer and not affect teammates

harbor is already buff, just buy shorty and cove and see what happens
