so we are under the agreement he was only a free agent during his time on UB and during april 2022 (and earlier this year) which is a few months, not enough?
yes tier 1 teams probably didn't sign him for drama
look at pancc in brazil, he is signed tier 2 even though he's a a pedo
this doesn't apply to tier 2
