that is the general definition, it can mean different things in different context
in a relationship context, a player is someone who feels no need to commit to a relationship and plays by their own rules
a player can also be someone who plays a musical instrument "guitar player"
in this context
"skin -> player" is a simplified version of "skin -> professional player"

yeah it wasn't typed properly, but he provided enough context clues it shouldn't of been needed.
all of the original players were pro players with accomplishments
every player added besides SKrossi who i also dont want is known for their time as a pro valorant player/has accomplishments
