every overtime ads 1 more ult point to everyone's ults.
so at 12-12 you're 3 off your ult at the start of each round
at 13-13 you're 2 off
at 14-14 you're 1 off
and from 15-15 onwards every player has their ult
would this not be the coolest shit ever??????
