What if u couldnt stack ult orbs on pistol rounds?

Do u think this change could improve valorant competitive?

I feel when a team lose a bonus round they are FCKED on econ/ults and they can get snowball really quickly

i mean pistol rounds are the most important rounds for a reason
and each team gets one of attack and defense so if they can't convert thats their fault
