Stats China

why does china have no rating or KAST stat? It would be helpful to know and for rating players, but why don't the have it?

They use different API (idk what api is and its relation to val, ppl with knowledge said so)

Valorant China is mostly operated by tencent and they dont give websites like VLR access to their API.
(I think it was something like that I might be wrong dont take my words to serious)

I know there's a Chinese stat page with all of the stats, I know it would be a royal pain in the ass but could vlr staff theoretically manually input the game stats?
