NRGs problem and how to fix it

NRGs problem is

1. Chet is clueless on how to be a good coach with making comps, knowing their own map pool, knowing who’s on their comfort roles.
2. Putting demon1 raze when he isn’t even known to be the primary entry for any team. ( this happened to tenz as well last year) Marved has been mid but he isn’t the problem
3. Crashies and Victor who have been mid this whole season has clashing roles with everybody. Like why do we need crashies when we have a better initiator player than him in Ethan. If they have s0m Victor serves no purpose on the team with his current role and putting him on duelist is stupid af his jett is pure mid , his raze has been average lately . His Phoenix and neon has been good but I think him being mid on jett will cost them big time. And I’m pretty sure he can’t op.

How to fix NRG : remove Chet,crashies and Victor and add back fns and s0m . I’m sure fns can be like saadhak and help coaching and igl this team. Demon1 on sentinel on maps som plays raze .Crashies and Victor is the most overrated duo I’ve ever seen they are genuinely tier 2 players . NRG get rid of these frauds pls

focus on ur own team. SEN still has no plans of dropping zellshits and sacy which means that team is finished for the year

I don't know if this new NRG is even looking forward to making champs tbh, it's wayy too hard and they have inter group matches with sen g2 c9 and kru . They are probably looking forward for next year with s0m and FNS ( most likely ethan aswell , crashies and victor would have to earn their spot with decent showing this split even if they lose ) . Marved might stay on bench and work it out for a spot maybe cause he wants to play with FNS . Demon1 needs to get the fuck out of this shit hole as early as possible , nrg isn't the place for him and never was . Chet will be decent as he is back with FNS ig lol
