Trust me, RRQ without Flipz wouldn't be better. he's the main vocal in RRQ. just watch the voice comms it's clear that he's the primary IGL. I think he just needs to chill a bit.
the ideal lineup is to put him over Estrella.

i'd rather have skrossi on my team rather than indo IGL's (paycheck stealer & can't aim for shit)
what all i can say is IGL in indo & English is differnt, lets say in english if u call enemy on the Left side u probaly only can say : LEFT LEFT !!!. tapi kalo indo bisa lebih spesifik, Kiri ujung box, kanan deket, kiri patah, kiri Atas dll. Going from indo coms to English is not that easy

They should be better in the long run from now on imo, although now they might need time to adjust estrella to the main initiator again, as flip was taking the role before.
Atleast 2 things were clear imo

Clear comms & no one screaming now, so stratts should be better in the long run
