from the look of it, anyone who won the regional playoff are seed 1, no matter the region

But as we know some regions are better than others

bruh both Group C and Group D have 2 first seeds.... and both have first seed from a bigger region... so on paper envy bracket might be third hardest... but till the group which on has one first seed(Group A- VS) is the most stacked group
