Yo guys it's funny paprika back w the psychward updates, I finally got used to the environment, finished a book Chinese zen by Wu Yansheng. Real good book I can tell u that, made me a lot happier and calmer. Now I'm reading a similar book by Ajahn Brahm thats interesting too.
Broke up w my "girlfriend" (cmon guys I'm young that shit can't even be called a relationship) mainly because her only interests were vaping and tiktok and I don't judge but that's just not my thing really.
Overall, I am building a more positive view on life and trying to be happy as a person, happy to be by myself and so far it's going quite smoothly other than the 3 days of the second week that I had constant terrible anxiety but that was just the situation setting in on me.
Also the 1 hour phone use limit was difficult to adjust to but now I really like it.
Now I'm getting better day by day, my mood is improving and I'm more willing to do stuff, so guys if you can try to find an hour in a day, go outside, talk to some people and try to be present.
