Why do guns feel different?

Why is 1 tapping on a vandal so much different than 1 tapping on a GHOST/GUARDIAN? Also, why does the SHERIFF feel more different than the GUARDIAN Isn't it supposed to be a mini GUARDIAN? I get it has to do with 1st Bullet Accuracy but 1 tapping with a GHOST is much more easier and cleaner than a VANDAL?
