Isn't Omega group screwed for Split 2?

Ok, I didn't realize this but Split 2 basically carries over all the points from Split 2. The Top 6 Teams from overall score of Split 1 and 2, regardless of groups, will advance to playoffs.
Doesn't this mean teams like Furia and MIBR are out already? Wtf
