Cybersport just groving very fast in cis. In my opinion main reasons are:

1. Salaries in other spheres are too low, but if you become esportsmen your salary in middle org will be x10 bigger then other people have.
2. Also because of low salaries, cis people often can't effort to travel , most of them never leave their town for entire life. Esportsmen can travel over the world for free, so it becomes a dream for children, and they train harder.
3. Universities in cis are joke, so lots of students play games 24|7 instead of studying.
4. Good PR from successful orgs like navi or gambit.
5. Cis culture and mentality is "be better than others whatever it takes", you can see it even in tv propaganda.
6. Internet is pretty cheap.
7. Valorant system requirements are really low, so lots of poor students can play valorant even on their laptops or old pc. New pc price can be 3-4 salaries.
8. Russian voice chat was enabled not so long ago so we can expect more cis people to enter valorant.

Valorant is just new game where some young people see opportunity to leave cis reality, so they train really hard, and lots of young csgo talents transferred to valorant since it have no such big competition.
