VLT talking to support staff mid round?

It is well known that talking to anyone other than your teammates during a game is not allowed in valorant. There was even the whole controversy that Acend's coach were calling strats for them in Masters 1. im watching the vlt vs te game rn and you can clearly see them (vlt) talking to people (who i assume is their support staff) after rounds in their cam. Does the riot admin (or the nodwin TO in this case) in their call not hear this? or do they not care?

VLT dont have a coach ...The people standing behind were the owner and manager , there is no chance they were calling for strats.

its not only about calling strat, the players are straight up no allowed to communicate to anyone except their teammates during game. thats why they can take tactical timeout to talk to their coach and other staffs. the opportunities are endless if they can talk mid round, the others can be watching the stream and feeding info. even if the stream has a couple mins delay the info gathered from the stream can be invaluable in the pro scene. i dont think vlt would do anything malicious, they are just diff as far as this matchup is concerned, but im surprised the TO hasnt warned them atleast.
