viper is going to die after this nerf. The people saying shes not are the people who dont even think of playing her in ranked or proplay
They'll probably still use her, they didn't really fix the problem with her. She's still able to do the main thing that is the main reason teams pick her. She'll definitely be much worse in ranked though
