How does Americas Playoffs work?

Is it the top 3 from each group that go to playoffs, or is it just the top 6 teams according to wins and map diff?

or is it something completely different?

Too 3 for each group unless a team doesn’t get 2 wins, then it goes to the next best team for the other group.
