We will see today if EU is even in top 2 tbh, I would say top 1 is NA and top 2/3 will be decided between EU and CIS this week, KR #3, BR/SEA #4-5, Japan #6 and Latam #7 imo
Edit: forgot about Turkey, if they manage to qualify for Berlin I would say Turkey top 4 but rn I will put them at the same level as Brazil.

Even if he was separating EU and CIS; EU is way stronger and has much more teams on gambits/Navis level
