Maybe they really prepped their all to win vs G2 and didn't prep for lower bracket vs Liquid and had to face them right away.

That's sad... if Liquid keeps playing like this and they truly activated their lower bracket mode I wouldn't be surprised if they made it to top 4. But, the thing is that both Acend and Gambit should make it to Berlin as well. Maybe too early to say though, but the momentum is building...

SMB dominated the first map and they were actually on a solid comeback on the second map and won the round if russ didn't disconnect so it was 10-8. No one knows what could've happened but they had the momentum. And today they won 7 rounds in a row and closed the map. You dont win 7 rounds in a row by accident. They were clearly better than FPX.

You are really underestimating Guild. They played well, but Gambit played better. Gambit were good in Masters 2 EMEA's and placed 3rd/4th. Everyone knows that they are scrim gods and their individuals are nuts. There is a reason why people have high expectations for them.
