We need to get Oxy a better team/staff

Oxy is a great player and has so much potential but he seems to be suffering from the lack of guidance from a strong team. c9 picked him up without any plans to actually utilize him well and it just feels like theyre all just running around disjointed and trying to capitilize on individual skill

I'm sure he'll still have offers next year if he decides to seek out a new team, which he should.
