Specifically from the video, the team culture from last year was described by Chet as "very cliquey", and if u dont know what a clique is, its basically like sub-groups within a group of people where like the cliques favourite people already in their own like cliquey group. I'd imagine chet meant som fns duo and crashies victor duo as the cliques while ardiis was prolly a floater

I hope he read his hate commentary so that he is extra motivated
