out of context and misquoted.

Boaster didn't say it was "mid level" just lower than in the past. The example they used was champs 23. Goes on to explain that obviously with roster moves and the long off season these teams will not be as drilled as the teams were at champs. As they had played for a full season. Reasonable take imo.
