Get a second opinion for Alecks, preferably someone with good experience as well. Also I aint tryna be a mindfreak hater but there are better controllers out there - however, his cohesion with PRX might mean just keep him, he's still solid in that regard.

PRX has tried changing the roster, what PRX has not done is changing coaches and adding an analyst.
