I think for the majority of the game his overall kit sucks, he seems like he has a very niche use if any use at all. Last few Agents have felt underwhelming honestly, I would rather them be OP and then nerfed like chamber then be completely useless. At least it's looking like Clove is going to be very good based off her newly revealed kit.
